As we start to take NoFap seriously, and we start experiencing longer streaks, we eventually have days which seem a bit more difficult than others.
Everything seems to be annoying us. Stupid people, stupid road layouts, stupid stupid stupid! Everything is stupid!!!!
We have days where everything seems to be going wrong, and we’re frustrated. and it can feel like there’s a weight pushing down on us.
Days like this are the type of day that we’d break our streak.
But you’re different.
You’re committed to fully overcoming this habit and releasing stress in healthier ways.

On stressful days, rely on the healthy methods of stress-relief that you know, like sleeping, socialising, walking in nature, drawing, listening to music, your hobby, etc.

Sometimes negative things seems to come at us from all different directions at once, but we’re not going to go for the quick dopamine hit anymore. We’re not going to immediately get rid of stress anymore.
We’re going to see how much stress we can handle before resorting to our healthy stress-relief methods.
