These events are for discussing mild food addiction for the purpose of transcending it and starting a new chapter. We'll discuss different techniques for making the process easier, what kinds of things are best / worst to eat, and helpful resources for information and inspiration. It's much harder to quit unhealthy habits on our own, and these meetings will provide community, accountability, and optimism during the process.
